Brian Tait is the founder and CEO of Global Health Advisory Partners (GHAP), a healthcare systems advisory firm focused on transforming hospital performance through operational excellence, leadership alignment, culture, and digital enablement. With more than 15 years of executive experience, Brian has worked with healthcare and business leaders across 25 countries, supporting organizations as they navigate complex transformation and achieve sustainable performance across the United States, the Gulf region, and international markets.
His leadership journey is rooted in both executive operations and applied healthcare insight. After serving in COO and CEO roles within the technology sector—where he scaled organizations, optimized enterprise systems, and led digital transformation initiatives—Brian transitioned fully into healthcare to align his operational expertise with a mission-driven focus on improving system performance and patient outcomes. He has partnered with leading Gulf health networks, investment groups, and government initiatives, including Mubadala, to support healthcare transformation efforts aligned with Vision 2030 and UAE strategic frameworks, contributing to the development of high-performing, future-ready hospital systems.
What distinguishes Brian is his ability to integrate operational discipline, leadership development, and clinical-financial understanding into cohesive, system-level transformation strategies. His background includes advanced healthcare administration training, executive education at Harvard, and Oxford, and extensive experience advising executive teams, boards, and health authorities on enterprise-wide initiatives.
A defining personal milestone—reversing type 2 diabetes and hypertension through lifestyle and nutrition—reinforced his conviction that leadership, culture, and outcomes are inseparable. This belief underpins GHAP’s mission: to build healthcare systems that are operationally excellent, culturally healthy, digitally enabled, and deeply human.
Under Brian’s leadership, GHAP partners with hospitals, health systems, and governing bodies to improve performance, strengthen leadership capability, prepare organizations for AI and workforce transformation, and create environments where people, process, and technology operate in alignment. As GHAP continues to expand across the Gulf and global markets, Brian works closely with executives, boards, and health systems to elevate standards of care and long-term system sustainability.
