UAE as a Global Healthcare Hub
The United Arab Emirates is rapidly emerging as a global leader in healthcare innovation, system design, and delivery. Through sustained investment, regulatory reform, and ambitious national strategies, the UAE is building health systems designed for scale, resilience, and long-term population impact.
Across the Emirates, healthcare organizations are expanding capacity, integrating digital and AI-enabled capabilities, and developing workforce models that balance global expertise with local talent development. These efforts are positioning the UAE not only as a regional center of excellence, but as a global reference point for modern healthcare systems.
GHAP closely follows and supports healthcare transformation initiatives aligned with UAE strategic frameworks, partnering with health systems, investors, and leadership teams to translate national vision into operational reality. As the region continues to evolve, the UAE’s approach offers valuable lessons for health systems worldwide.
Our Core Values
Systems First, People Always
We believe healthcare performance depends on strong systems designed to support the people who deliver and experience care, including clinicians, leaders, and patients.
Leadership Accountability
Transformation succeeds when leaders own outcomes. We work alongside executive teams to strengthen decision-making, governance, and accountability at every level.
Operational Discipline
Sustainable improvement comes from rigorous execution, not short-term initiatives. We prioritize clarity, measurement, and follow-through.
Context Matters
Healthcare solutions must respect local culture, regulatory environments, and national priorities. We adapt global best practices to regional realities.
Trust Through Partnership
We work alongside our clients as long term partners, building trust through discretion, integrity, and results.

With more than 15 years of executive experience, he has worked with healthcare and business leaders across 25 countries, supporting organizations as they navigate complex transformation and improve enterprise performance across the United States, the Gulf region, and international markets.
Brian’s leadership journey bridges enterprise operations and healthcare system transformation. After serving in COO and CEO roles within the technology sector, where he scaled organizations, optimized enterprise systems, and led large scale digital transformation initiatives, he transitioned into healthcare to apply his operational expertise to improving hospital performance and strengthening system level operations.
His work includes advising senior leaders connected to healthcare systems, investment organizations, and transformation initiatives across multiple regions, including the Middle East. Through these engagements, Brian contributes perspectives on leadership alignment, operational discipline, and enterprise performance improvement that support broader healthcare modernization efforts.
Brian is known for integrating operational leadership, organizational development, and clinical and financial insight to help healthcare organizations strengthen performance and execute complex transformation initiatives. His work focuses on aligning leadership teams, workforce capability, governance structures, and digital infrastructure to support sustainable performance improvement across hospital systems.
His background includes advanced training in healthcare administration, executive education at Harvard, and extensive experience advising executive teams, boards, and senior leaders on enterprise wide transformation initiatives. To deepen his understanding of care delivery at the operational level, Brian also obtained Emergency Medical Technician certification and gained firsthand experience supporting emergency response and patient transport operations.
A defining personal milestone involved reversing type 2 diabetes and hypertension through lifestyle and nutrition. This experience deepened Brian’s conviction that leadership, culture, and outcomes are inseparable and continues to shape GHAP’s mission to help build healthcare systems that are operationally excellent, culturally healthy, digitally enabled, and deeply human.
Under Brian’s leadership, GHAP partners with hospitals, health systems, and governing bodies to strengthen operational performance, prepare organizations for artificial intelligence and workforce transformation, and build resilient healthcare systems capable of delivering high quality care at scale.
